Beekman on Broadway

super nice place

The apartment building is very nice and has wonderful amenities. There are great study spaces for students. There is a market in the lobby for food that is extremely convenient. The location is good for going to Kerrytown but not ideal for getting down to central campus.

So far my time at a beekman has been outstanding. The mangers are very helpful and have great availability. The property is very nice and everything I could want.

Nice new apartments, great amenities!

Thus far I have had a good experiencing living at Beekman on Broadway. The management staff was very responsive and answered all my questions at the beginning. Upon moving in the only real issue is how you can hear anyone walking through the hallway through your door... and its loud. Tends to be annoying when I am trying to work or sleep. However, the building is extremely secure, gym is nice, and common areas nice.

Beekman on Broadway is a great apart menu with brand new facilities. The property features a large lobby, media room, and gym. The appliances in the apartments are brand new and each room has an open concept. The only downfall is that it is a little far from downtown Ann Arbor, but thankfully there is a bus that can take you there.

Beekman on Broadway is great. There are plenty of clean, pretty, comfortable places to get work done. Also, the gym is very nice and the butterfly app makes accessing the building's rooms very easy. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice and have a ton of extra storage space.

Amazing place and with so much to do. I couldn’t think of a complaint if I tried. The staff is so kind and super easy to work with, if there were to ever be a problem. Which there never is

The apartment is really nice with great amenities. The rooms are very spacious and the layout is great for 4 or more people. There are no lights in the bedrooms and no garbage disposal in the sink.

I absolutely love living in Beekman on Broadway. The amenities are unmatched- like the study room and the media room- and the gym is amazing. The apartments are all very nice with state of the art appliances.
