you get what you pay for

I have no complaints with the property, high quality apartments, new appliances, spacious, in-unit laundry, in-building gym and pool, walk-in closet, lounge spaces and study spaces. It's definition luxury apartments, and you're definitely going to be paying for it. Maintenance team is incredible. Administration of the building is less impressive, they try to squeeze you for more $ in parking fees, late fees, admin fees that aren't necessary. Leasing staff are hit or miss.

Great Location and Amazing Amenities

Beekman has proved to be an excellent place to live. Management is extremely responsive, Kaitlin has continuously been helpful whenever I need anything. She is very personable and resident oriented.

Security is one of the most important aspects for me and the secure parking is really convenient and I feel safe leaving my vehicle there. Having guest parking options is also a great feature. The mailroom provides reassurance that our packages are safe and I never have to worry about getting home in time to retrieve packages.

Entertaining was the next most important aspect for me and in the summer the pool and spacious grilling area with cabanas to eat in for more privacy. Best part is the grills are open all year long even when the pool is closed. The ability to rent out the media room and conference room is another opportunity to host private events more comfortably than within my apartment. Beekman is designed to be able accommodate a plethora of needs.

With being walking distance to the medical campus I have a short walk on wide sidewalks that provide a safe and direct route to my classes. The location is perfect to avoid the hassle of downtown congestion while providing proximity to the local restaurants and bars.

Great living area overall

I really like the amenities including a conference room, media room, pool and the gym. It’s also in white coat area. They have covered parking which is key for winter! The only downside is that the management can be difficult to deal with sometimes.

Expensive, but available late

The rent for our 2b/2ba is $2885, but parking (covered, reserved) is $160 extra per month per car. Our unit was brand new, had never been lived in, and has in-unit laundry. Walk-in closets are massive. There's a pool, outdoor grills, a media room, and a gym. If you're interested in living here, be sure to view the unit you're interested if you can; the natural light can vary quite a bit by unit. The building is generally quiet, the walls are quite thick. Many units on the first floor have walk-out fenced yards for pups! Finally, you should try to coordinate with a classmate if you do try to live here, not necessarily as a roommate but as someone who 'refers' you, they get a $1000 gift card.
