Beekman on Broadway PHASE II NOW LEASING

The apartment is really nice with great amenities. The rooms are very spacious and the layout is great for 4 or more people. There are no lights in the bedrooms and no garbage disposal in the sink.

I absolutely love living in Beekman on Broadway. The amenities are unmatched- like the study room and the media room- and the gym is amazing. The apartments are all very nice with state of the art appliances.

As a college student beekman has everything I’m looking for in an appt building and more. It’s really nice that the building is new and is kept up in a way that reflects the hard work that went into it. As well, it has great amenities (Gym, Pool, Grilling Stations, Media Room, Game Room, and Spectacular study spaces) that make living here so much better.

I’ve loved my experience at Beekman! My apartment and all of the other rooms in the building are really nice.

Love the building. Has great services and amenities. Only downside is that things such as internet, water, and electricity not included in rent but all are still rather affordable. Decent distance from campus and an easy bus ride to grocery store and school buildings.

This is a very nice apartment! Michelle seems to know everyone personally which is a nice touch. I love that there are multiple areas to study and relax, and the gym is great too. Any time we have needed repairs that has been quick as well.

My experience has been positive overall. The common spaces and gym are very nice which is to be expected for the price. However, I do think the walls are a little thin in the apartment.

My experience so far has been great. There are many amenities here such as the gym and 24/7 Marketplace that make Beekman a great place to live. The kitchens are modern and the closets are spacious!

I have loved living in this apartment. The owners have been so kind and accommodating to us. The gym is fantastic for getting a morning workout in. Our apartment also has fantastic natural light that always brightens up our day. It is a one bedroom and comfortable fits two people, so these apartments are perfect for roommates!

This apartment complex is brand new and has great facilities including a gym, common study place, private meeting room, games (pool+ shuffleboard) and huge shared TV. Each apartment is equipped with brand new appliances and mine also has a washer and dryer included! Although a little far off main campus, it is in an ideal location for anyone who needs to get to the medical campus and is a short walk to downtown Kerrytown. Unfortunately the apartments are not furnished and the system for delivery people to get inside (residents open door for them from an app) is a bit complicated for some so oftentimes packages or deliveries are left in an unlocked location also the hallways are pretty cold. Besides that it’s a great apartment with HUGE walk-in closets!
