Beekman on Broadway PHASE II NOW LEASING

The apartment complex is very new, nice, and clean! The appliances are great quality and our room is very spacious. I love using the many amenities such as the gym, movie room, and pool table. I have no complaints, this is a great place to live.

My car is locked in with a roll down gate while it is parked in their parking deck, so I feel good about it, cars aint cheap!

There is an adjacent party store, premium pizza place and other restaurant... also Beekman has a store of their own inside!

If you've lived in apts whereby the heat and dryness creep up in the middle of the night.. well here you control your heat with your own gas furnace, which is in your unit!

Overall my roommates and I have had a good experience so far. The amenities and actual apartment are very nice, but the property manager has neglected us due to the fact that we are college students. The first three weeks were here our dryer was broken which we told the management about multiple times, yet no one came to fix it until weeks later. Additionally, the apartment has some weird features, like no recess lighting in either bedroom, so come prepared with lamps! Other than the management though we have little complaints.

These are very nice units and were a good option for the limited Ann Arbor housing. Though we have had some problems with some utilities, it works as a nice, comfortable place to live and has room for me and all of my roommates.

Beekman on Broadway is a great, clean place to live if you are looking for apartments in the Ann Arbor area.

I have loved living here! The amenities are amazing. My apartment is super modern and new. The kitchen is also super nice. The leasing office is also super accommodating and easy to work with! Being a student, the common work space is amazing.

The experience has been wonderful at Beekman! Michelle is great and the building is beautiful! Highly recommend!
