Terrible to Work With
They're miserable to work with and when one of my locks broke they took about 3 days to come to fix it because people were moving in that week. It took 5 min to fix and is a security issue. They look nice but are built poorly. e.g. The air conditioning is improperly sized and my closet shelf broke twice. You will not get a deposit back regardless of how clean you leave it, it also took me MONTHS to get my measly $12 back from them. When I called to ask about it, they forgot to hit mute and someone in the background said that if I ask how much I was getting back to refuse to answer. Their management also hung up on me because while trying to sort out some issues I was encountering I had my mother on the phone as well and they did NOT like that. The apartments are laid out where I did not feel comfortable having the blinds in my bedroom open due to the door for another apartment being right there.

Great for pet owners
I've lived in the Links apartments on two different occasions and have enjoyed it both times. The complex is relatively quiet, so it's great for students looking to have a low key environment. There are great amenities including a large pool area, gym, walking path, dog park, basketball court and sand volleyball court. The one thing I don't like is that a lot of the residents don't clean up after their pets, even though the complex provides waste bags and trashcans around the complex. While I have had a few maintenance issues, the facilities team is very responsive and fixes the issue within a day or 2 (depending on the urgency)

Nice view
The view from the apartment complex is beautiful. Community is a wide range of ages. Some noise from neighbors but has not been bad. Front desk is helpful.

Checks my boxes
The development is new, clean, and modern. I enjoy in-unit laundry and great views with a decent price. The biggest downside is the number of people here. It's like a small city! Overall happy with my decision.

Easy management to work with. I feel very safe. It is on the atta bus route. Wish it was a little cheaper and closer to campus but overall I’m happy with it!!

Safe, clean, friendly place to live
I love living at the links! Everyone is so friendly including the maintenance staff. The apartments are very spacious and clean with plenty of room for my puppy. There is a dog park, gym, swimming pool, walking path, and golf course. It is only 7 minutes from campus. I wouldn’t recommend walking to campus from here because there isn’t a complete sidewalk but there is an ata bus stop that goes to and from campus. I would highly recommend any family with kids or pets to consider living here. It is quiet and very safe.

Nice apartment
Overall, the apartment was spacious and nice. There's a decent amount of parking and I typically had no issues. I could sometimes hear the apartment next to me, but not the neighbors above. It's a good price for a 2 bedroom apartment and all of the amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse, etc.), but with our electric and WiFi separate, as well as waste water charges, etc., especially when COVID hit and the amenities weren't open, it felt pretty pricey. They also will keep a decent amount of your down payment (which it denotes in the lease, but is easy to miss), so be aware of that, as well.
I love that it's far from campus and the Ville from the standpoint that it is quiet and calm and doesn't have the college town feel, but a parking pass was necessary for me going to campus everyday, so that's an expense to plan for as well. Probably best for graduate students or older students who are student teaching and want a more adult place.
