Jardine Apartments

My neighbors normally have family with them and they are nice. I like this atmosphere but there are some kids running around which could be a little bit of noisy. It’s good for students who have kids with them which their children can find good companions.

I honestly really love my apartment, not only because it's close to campus, but it is the perfect size for one person and it feels safe. All amenities are included, other than laundry and electricity, and as someone who lives by themselves my electricity bill is not that high. I do have to say that the temperature in the apartment likes to stay at a very specific temp even with the ac on, which is a bit warm for me. The nice thing about the temperature though is that during the winter it is gas heat, so no extra payment there! However, you do not get to control the temperature (which is warm). Because I live alone, I do not have in unit laundry. Laundry is a bit expensive for the quality of cleanliness. But, despite these two issues, I really enjoy living in Jardine. It's safe, my neighbors are respectful, and it's close to campus. I feel like it's fantastic for the price I pay for the apartment.

This apartment is very secure. It feels like home outside home. The outdoor is very nicely maintained and cleaned.

Jardine is very convenient.

The manager and staff are nice and willing to help students. The apartment has many things needs to be change such as all the kitchen and AC makes me cogh. Otherwise everything is fine

It is near campus, which makes easier for commuting. But there are frequent plumbing and heating issues.

Pros: it is right next to campus, and very close to the recreation center, which I like the best. For 2 bedroom apt, jardine is more economical than other places, and the rent includes water and gas and you don't need to pay for house insurance. You can use campus WiFi here for free.
Cons: as far as I see, some houses are old, poorly soundproofed and only the living room has an A/C (at least for tradition and renovated model).
The saddest: pets are not allowed unless you have a medical reason.

The apartment is really nice and spacious. Good deal at the cost. You will need to buy a parking permit separately. The maintenance team is prompt in getting any maintenance requests done.
