Great value, good community

Jardine Apartments are on-campus apartments with close access to the Rec Center, JP's Sports Grill, and Cornerstone Café at Jardine.

Take traditional jardine apt not renovated

Traditional apt are cheaper (312) while renovated are 350 but theyare the same apartment there is only slight difference so renovated is not worth it. Also, they list things like ceiling fan on website but there are no fans. Only one AC unit in the hall so during summers it's very hot in the rooms. Kitchen is too small and thus not much storage space available

Excellent hosuing services

Apartment is very safe and clean. Campus security is available 24/7 to ensure students security. Housing managers are prompt in responding to maintenance requests.
