Highway Robbery (literally)
Campus West is conveniently located near the law school. It is fairly new, so you cannot beat the fixtures and such. However, it is right next to the highway and train tracks, so it is constant but unpredictable noise that you will never get used to. On top of it, management does not care to enforce the rules on the very expensive lease, so be prepared to stay up most of the night listening to the 5 people living in the 1- bedroom above you as they scream, stomp, and throw their furniture. Once you finally fall asleep, the smoke alarm will inevitably go off. If you are lucky enough to have better neighbors, you will still hear everything in the halls and smell every blunt in the building. If you have the money to spare, it is kinda nice, but unnecessary if you can drive ten minutes to school. If you do not have a car, save money by getting a cheaper place than CW and buy one. It would also be nice to live somewhere else with some reliable internet. FYI, there is no free printing despite their advertisements.

Bad Management But Convenient Location
The management company sucks. They charge you a full months rent for your first month even if you move in in the middle of the month. If you ask to move in before they say you can, they charge you per day even though you paid a full month already. The plumbing sucks and it’s pretty poorly built for how new it is. It’s very quiet and conveniently located. It’s also very safe.

COVID bias reflecting here.
I personally do not like being as close to campus as I thought I would. That said, it is still very convenient and might be better with less online class. No real problems with the complex community. Rooms are small and not much area to move around. Decent spot for a graduate student - quiet and easy to stay away from distractions if you so choose.

Good if you have In-Person classes
I enjoy the gym services and such. My stay there was limited because I ended up staying at my home in CA for the Spring semester because the classes were online. However, for in-person classes, CampusWest would've been amazing since it's close to SUCOL.
