Good, quiet apartment

Older buildings, but very considerate and quiet neighbors. Management is very helpful. Right across the street from SoM.

Huntington Place

Great proximity to the SOM. Pool is okay, two gas grills, lackluster gym (only a few aerobic machines). Washer/dryer hook ups in apartment, otherwise there are half a dozen or so washers and dryers in a laundromat that charges below standard laundromat rates. Pet friendly, although there is a charge per month. Maintenance upon request.

Huntington place

Really close to UofSC SOM, close to I-77. Management is great and very responsive. Great amount of space for the price with washer/dryer hookups.
