Not as Nice as Expected
The grounds and amenities seemed much nicer on the website than in person. The leasing office staff are not very helpful, and often treat residents with questions like an inconvenience. Additionally, this company’s leases contain a clause allowing access to the rented unit without notice at any time, and they have exercised that.

Cortland Broomfield
This apartment is definitely on the expensive side and you really need to have your own reliable transportation to get to campus as it’s about a 15 minute drive, but I have no complaints other than the way the mail room handles packages. The property is only a few years old and is very quiet and family friendly. It’s located almost evenly between boulder and Denver so it’s an ideal location if you have one person needing to be in Denver for work or just want to be closer to the city.
