Good apartment in a building that is not well maintained
I really like my unit, but the building management doesn't care about most of the tenants. The building isn't regularly cleaned or well maintained. There is also poor communication from management. They only update units that they can charge more money for, but neglect the other tenants and units in the building. Folks have had issues with cockroaches here, not in my unit but in others. There are only two machines for washing and drying clothes, which is challenging in a building with 23 units. I do like the area though, it's close to nearby stores and redwood regional park. The neighbors are pretty nice here too, and there's usually ample street parking for yourself and guests.
