Decent price, but everything else sucks

I've lived here for two years, in separate floorplans. It comes fully furnished and has all utilities included but sometimes it's just not worth it. Currently, I live in a 1 BD 1 BA with a roommate and its $2300, kind of a lot of money for a small space. There is no extra storage anywhere. The furniture is old and worn out. No pets are allowed, yet there's always dogs barking. I understand most occupants are students but the noise from parties is ridiculous, and the office does nothing about it. Also, most of the staff in the office seems like they never know anything. If you order something and it goes to the office, you won't get it until day after it was actually delivered. Parking and location are the only real positives.
