Perfect for post-undergrad
The Dakota is a great place for young 20-somethings who are out of undergrad. The community is friendly and quiet. It is a short walk to PNC Arena, Carter-Finley stadium, and the NC State fair grounds. It is also close to the highway, allowing easy access to either North Raleigh or Cary. I highly recommend The Dakota as a place for law students or even new attorney's in their first years out of law school. The pool, gym, and clubhouse in general is also very nice. They also have an option for private, enclosed garages.

Definitely Recommend!
I have lived at The Dakota since August of last year and have loved it so far. The apartments are great and the leasing staff is super helpful in the whole process in applying for the apartment, moving in, and in any other things you need while living here. I have contacted the leasing office about an issue and they were quick to respond and were very helpful. There is also security every night which helps you feel very safe. I definitely recommend!

Absolute best!
The location is great, it is about 15 minutes to the law school but it is close to all the major highways in the Raleigh area that connect you with other aspects of your life. The complex also is great at working with students to make sure you can get the unit you like at a good price point. The general demographic of the complex is around mid 20's and there are numerous other law students or graduate program students.
