Glen Eyre
Newly built complex with relatively new management that changed during my lease. So far no complaints with the transition, the maintenance team is great. Only complaint is sometimes parking is limited and the location is further from shopping etc, but it is much cheaper than other options in Voorhees.

Glen Eyre apartments, 621 Renaissance Drive
Large pet friendly apartment with new appliances, hard woods in the common areas and bathrooms and carpet in the bedroom. Approximately 10-15 minutes from campus. In unit washer, dryer, and dish washer. Comes with a nice little balcony. Also there is a small gym and a pool and barbecue area. We have a lot of sunlight because we have a corner apartment. Otherwise, lighting isn't that great, and you have to bring your own lamps/ lights.

Overall Great Place to Live
Apartment is in very new and good condition. Floors are hardwood and rooms are carpeted. There is AC/heat, dishwasher, garbage disposal, laundry machines, and a balcony. The area is safe and comfortable. Any maintenance requests I have get done in a timely manner. There is also a clubhouse which includes a pool, gym, lounge area, and ping pong.
There were some issues in the beginning with the management company with setting up rent payments, including some late fees that they refused to wave, but besides that this is a great place to live: clean, new, and safe.
