Affordable, Comfortable, and Spacious

Close to downtown for a great price
Abney Lake is located at the intersection of 38th Street and Guion Road; less than a minute from I-65 and maybe 5 minutes to 465. Getting downtown is normally 10 minutes or less and there is a bus stop close to the apartment complex. I live in a 2 bedroom townhome (1,000 sq/ft) with my husband and dog. Since moving there in 2019, we have never had any issues of crime or violence at our townhome. The best part is the amount of space (and location to downtown) for the price. The management could be more responsive, but maintenance does a good job of responding quickly. These are not the most up to date apartments, so if you're wanting more luxury, this is probably not the best place for you to live. Parking is free. There is a pool, workout facility, and on site laundry room. My townhome has a washer/dryer hook-up upstairs. Overall the complex is in a good location, a good price, and would recommend for students commuting downtown.
