Everything is nice at Vivio. Management and maintenance are good with communication when you talk to them in person. My only complaint is the expensive rent. They say the housing market around campus is more expensive than what they offer, but I do believe it is still expensive for living in Indiana. You also have to pay for parking ($85), electricity, and renter’s insurance. I recommend living here if you have a roommate so that you’re splitting the cost.

I have had a great experience so far at Vivio. It is quiet, clean, and includes many amenities. It can sometimes be difficult to reach management by phone, but if you can stop in there is always someone willing to answer questions or show you around.

First Year PA Student - International
I've been living here for the past 3 months and they are very quick with maintainance and attending to your concerns. They have a great study lounge where you can spend your time doing school work and group projects. It is also walking distance to classes especially during summer time. Amazing view and close to everything literally!
