A bit far out but otherwise great!

Since day one, I've really enjoyed renting from Cortland at Coalton. It's a bit far away from the law building compared to other options (12-15 mins), but it's an easy commute down 36. We did have an electrical issue that lasted a couple days, but management was extremely responsive and communicated with us on a regular basis to provide updates. There's a decent gym, a hot tub and pool, a good package system, and great office staff.
