Great amenities, difficult mgmt company, excellent free ATL broker service

The complex and common spaces are beautiful- with access to 2 gyms, 2 pools, and great work space. Super conveniently located - except on highway which is noisy.
However, the management company has definitely made things pretty difficult. There were lots of delayed communications, incorrect pricing that we had to correct, etc. Would still somewhat recommend the building but would advise a lot of diligence. They are nice in person but tough to work with.
We were lucky to use APT Amigo - a broker company that has agreements with tons of ATL apartments and acts for you as a broker without any cost to you and no specific building loyalties. Would absolutely recommend using to anyone hunting, esp people from outside of ATL.

Great Complex

The location is amazing as the complex is right on the beltline. The amenities are great too, and if you do end up living here, I recommend making sure to use them!

If you are planning on attending Emory, the drive can be frustrating but it is similar to many students that live closer to campus.

Great Spot - Not Very Close to Emory

If you are looking for a cool neighborhood about 20 mins from Emory to keep school and non-school separate, I highly recommend the Reynoldstown neighborhood (or if your partner/roommate works in downtown/south Atlanta like mine). Everything I could ever need within walking distance, and I'm a 2 min walk from the Beltline.
