Terrible.
Terrible experience.
The building is unsanitary, in an unsafe area midtown, there is no windows in the bedrooms, the furnitures are cheap.
A murder happened in the residence this summer.

Icon Student Spaces
This is student housing on Saint Louis University's campus. It's about a 10 minute drive to the law school. Most of the residents here attend various colleges and grad schools in St. Louis. All of the utilities are included in the rent and the apartments come furnished. One of the drawbacks is that many of the floorplans consist of bedrooms without windows, but it is possible to request one. The facility is clean and relatively well kept. Overall a decent place to live.
