Don't live here

I moved across the country sight unseen to Denver and have lived at Mint Urban since summer 2020. The price is a steal but not worth the issues. I am currently in a class action against my apartment complex for breach of the warranty of habitability. I recommend the Glendale area but not this apartment complex.

Housing on a budget

I prioritized proximity to campus and cost when choosing housing. Mint Urban Infinity is two miles from the law building, and I'm able to bike to school. My rent is less than $1000/month, which is a great deal for having my own studio apartment in a safe area. The management staff are friendly, but not always effective at dealing with maintenance issues (such as fixing my A/C this summer). Additionally with COVID, access to amenities such as the pool(s) and gym are restricted. The "dog park" is just a fenced in gravel area. I like my apartment itself. I have updated floors, countertops, and appliances, including a garbage disposal and dishwasher. I have a large closet and under-the-sink for storage. I have a large balcony and real fireplace. It is generally quiet at my apartment. The temperature control is a thermostat, but in the summer you only have A/C and in the winter only heat. There are no ceiling fans.
