Cheap rent but also cheap experience
Building is new but has leaks and is made of extremely cheap materials.
Only upside is rent is really cheap.
House mates are random people and can either be really cool or complete weirdos with no social skills

Amazing management service but unbearable co-living experience
Tripalink provides very good services for their furnished apartment. The downside to sharing furnished apartments is living with people who can't clean up after themselves. Making co-living unbearable

Do not stay at tripalink
The neighborhood is dangerous, loud, and the house has too many people. There were 18 people living in the complex. Of course, it was dirty all the time; too messy. It had mice infestations because people do not clean up after themselves. They are always fighting because someone ate their food, broke their stuff, and people also leave leftovers in the fridge that even get mold because they just leave them there. Tripalink will not help you with anything, and it is almost impossible to break the lease, not even if you pay for it. People also do not close the door, so anyone could walk in at any time.
