Sufficient, not much to complain about.
Pros: small gym, salt-water pool, elevator, parking included in rent. No carpeting. Laundry units are rarely crowded. Massive closets. Feels private. Quiet. There's a nice patio space next to an orange tree. Technically doesn't allow pets, but almost everyone has a dog, so they don't really care. Management is nice. 25 minute walk to the law school.
Cons: Pool is unheated and in a shady spot, so it's freezing most of the year. Tiny gym only has 4 machines. Management does not use electronic payment, so you must pay rent by check. Old appliances. Most of the outlets don't work well (they're very loose). Tiny bathroom.
