Location!
It’s an older townhome complex with renovated interiors. Right next to the capital greenway and two small dog parks and a small city park with fields and playground. More than anything it’s located in a prime location being 8 minutes away from downtown! As stated, it’s a bit older and at times there is potential flood threats but overall decent living with amazing location.
