Cute apartment in a quieter part of downtown
My apartment itself is small and that’s my main complaint- I have friends with larger one beds elsewhere. However, the building is nice. It’s an easy commute to school, we have parking and nice common spaces. We are downtown but now in a super busy area. The management is very kind and puts on events for us each month. I feel like they know me and look out for me. Friendly neighbors too! There aren’t a ton of other law school students but I am friends with the others in the building and of course people might move in in later years.

Atlas Durham
Love the brand-new building with pool, love living in Downtown Durham, but it can be noisy sometimes-there are bars and construction sites nearby
