Big space and affordable.
I lived at Lindbrook Manor Apartments in a tiny 230 square foot studio with only a mini fridge. Luckily, my apartment manager told me a bigger studio space opened up at Woodruff Apartments, another property under the same management. I am happy with this new space because it has a full kitchen, balcony, and free parking and it is a rent controlled property. It is also close to Century City Mall meaning it is still just a 5 minute drive to school and a 5 minute drive to my future workplace in Century City.
