Excellent Location and Peaceful Community
The Park Lane is an excellent place to live; it is steps away from Wash Park, a short drive from Gaylord St and University/Bonnie Brae where there are an abundance of restaurants and shops. It is also just a 5-10 minute drive from DU depending on traffic.
The community is very quiet but since it is a condominium complex, the other residents care deeply about the space and are actively involved in making sure the building is operating smoothly.
It is older construction for a large building and certain qualities like the heating/cooling system are a bit outdated.
