Solid Apartment

No complaints really. I’m not saying it’s the best apartment to live in but if you don’t want to drive to campus for class, then it’s a great option. Generally pretty quiet as well.

Good, not great

My apartment has the landlord special (everything painted white, brown carpet, cheap everything, etc.) but the layout is great and all the appliances are good quality. Maintenance in the building is awful - everything has to get fixed twice. We had ants in our apartment coming in from the garden area on the roof and maintenance wasn't that helpful. Laundry is in the basement which wouldn't be a huge deal but it's coin operated, the dryers don't work well, and the machines are often closed for maintenance.
Great location, very close to campus.

Hilgard Apartments

The apartment itself is very nice and spacious and the building is quiet and close to campus. The downside is it is quite expensive and the building itself is not as well maintained as the individual units.
