The Arbors in Lake Forest
It's pretty quiet and seems safe. We like the neighborhood and the maintenance staff. It's not a huge confusing complex like some. We have a nice patio with no one behind us and can have flowers and bird feeders. It's updated inside as well.

Newly renovated units cheaper than Irvine!
I had previously lived at Toscana, just up the street from UCI and the difference there and here is like night and day. At Toscana, it was a high-rise building with several people packed into it, meaning noise levels were always high and packages were constantly getting stolen. The Arbors is not only cheaper than most Irvine communities, but our unit was newly renovated with new floors, appliances and finishes. It's a safe community with both young professionals and families.
