Value for Money and good customer service
I lived in this complex for over a year and I'm very happy with how management handles my maintenance requests. Very prompt and attentive to all my needs. The neighbors are quiet and they are very pet friendly, the management took the initiative to put a dog park for pet owners. I'm happy to have the Property Manager Jennifer Griffin around, she is very quick to respond and fix all my concerns. The units comes with brandnew appliances which I enjoyed so much.

Management not great
Have to make an appointment just for assistance...never heard of such a thing. Normally management has business hours & you can come during those times. In the winter parking lot is shoveled but not salted so it's literally an ice rink. Management never answers the phone when you call but will text you that no one is available while your calling. Maintenance has a habit of leaving your apartment door unlocked after finishing a maintenance request. Don't know who the actual building manager is. Can't wait to move!

Quiet and Lux Place to Live
My boyfriend and I had to find an apartment quickly last year. Remington Gardens was super accommodating and answer all of our questions quickly making it a smooth process. Even with an apartment mix up, they made it right immediately and we’ve found to love this space even more. For the two of us and our two cats, this place is more than enough room. With storage in the basement, I don’t have to worry about where to keep decorations and things I don’t use regularly. Our neighbors are also quiet and respectful of those around. Laundry is okay, there’s an app that makes checking the machines easy without the hassle of going all the way down to check. The balcony is a nice touch and there is a lot of natural light.
