It's fine
Stuff gets fixed, there's nothing illegal in the lease, and has onsite laundry. However, the apartments are kinda cheap. They don't put down plastic for painting/ repairing so there are drips of things all over the floor. When they say they will fix something, they make it seem like they'll go above & beyond but by the time it gets fixed it's the bare minimum fix. Also, all appliances/included furnishings are the cheapest possible so they don't work quite right and break often. The laundry is $3/ load and a separate company is responsible for it, and they don't maintain the machines well.
