Comfortable and Convenient Living Near Campus
55H offers a great balance of comfort and convenience for Georgetown students. The apartments are modern, well-maintained, and within easy reach of the downtown campus. Management is responsive, and the amenities make daily life smooth. A solid choice for graduate students looking for a connected place to live.

DO NOT MOVE TO 55H (GEORGETOWN RESIDENTIAL LIVING MANAGEMENT SUCKS)
The pros of living at 55H are easily outweighed by management’s lack of basic professionalism and capabilities. The front desk feels entitled to treat you as if it wasn’t their job to help you. Community director and operations are inefficient at giving solutions when you’re assigned an alcoholic and mentally ill roommate who leaves feces in common areas. They took over a month to give us a solution. Add to the list that the police officer is more interested in yelling at you than protecting you. Truly a place filled with complexed, full of resentment nobodies.

Easy to get around
One of my concerns coming here was the distance location. However, we have a shuttle every 30 minutes. Another advantage is that we don’t need to walk to a bus stop, it comes to the lobby. There’s always an activity going on here and close to Union Station and The US Capitol.

Amazing apartment for the value!
The apartment is great for the cost. Enjoy being downtown with bus access to the university every 30 minutes. There are still some growing pains since this complex is brand new, but they are very minor. Maintenance will fix anything and are very responsive. Great study spaces as well and a gym. Apartment is a good size but the bedrooms are on the smaller end of size.
