At least its close to campus
It close to campus and not expensive (for Austin).
Management did not tell either of us before signing the lease that we would be living in a construction site. When we moved in a paper was posted claiming that there would be remodeling on the exterior of the apartment for 6-8 weeks. It has currently been 10 weeks and there is no end in site or updates from management. They start at 8:00 and leave at 5:00. The walls are paper-thin.
Water pressure in one shower is spotty and dependent on neighboring apartments. The apartment was not cleaned prior to move-in.
