Great rent, but not so great management
Pros:
Rent is affordable. Short drive to campus. Pets are allowed (with fee and additional rent). Has washer & dryer hookups and fireplace. Plentiful parking. Quiet. Right next to Dad Perry Park. Most neighbors are not students.
Cons:
Management is horrible about responding to communication, and when they do respond they usually say they'll "get back to you" but don't. Management screwed up the rent charge a few times. Maintenance doesn't do the best job. When we moved in the carpet was dirty despite "professional cleaning" and several electrical outlets were broken/loose. Townhouse has a lot of cosmetic blemishes. Not well insulated, inviting the cold and bugs from outside. Not that close to a bus stop.
In conclusion, if you're willing to put up with poor management, the low rent is worth it.
