enough for one

it is a very safe area and building with friendly neighbors who are almost all students/new grads. the apartment is a little older but nice and well kept. it is small so no more than 1 person could occupy the studio space. does have laundry in the basement that is $1.50-$2 per wash or dry. very easy commute to school and super close to the hynes convention center T stop.
