Not cheap, close to campus

It's an ok place, but unfortunately they've been doing constant repairs almost the entire time I've been living here. Fairly annoying. It can be a bit noisy being close to campus as I'm surrounded by undergrads, but that should be expected while living in this neighborhood.

close to campus

It's a 20 min walk to Anderson which is really convenient. it's a pretty loud street however.
