Good for those looking to live alone in an affordable place.
My apartment is very affordable for the city, allows for people to live alone who would like to, and is 15 minutes away from the school. There is plenty of parking, a pool, and a small gym. The area is generally quiet on a bus line for public transportation needs.

Cheap and not bad, the management company can be pain.
The place is very cheap for how much space you get. They have laundry in the building but not in the unit and you have to pay for it. The laundry machines are pretty old and don't get the job done super well. The management can be a pain in the ass about some arbitrary stuff like scratches on your car. They also have dog breed restrictions. Driving on the west side isn't fun but other than that, I like it! only 15 mins from school and downtown.

Cheap and not awful, the management company can be pain.
They hate poor people and have an elitist car policy. But convinient for law school I guess.
