Great location, but limited amenities

The best thing about Church Corner is by far the location. It's literally steps away from the Central Square T stop, and there are tons of places to eat -- there are a couple of great Indian and Thai restaurants, as well as some great bars. There is a CVS right downstairs as well. There are also tons of grocery options including a Whole Foods about 5 minutes away and an H-Mart.

The only downside about the location is that there are frequently lots of homeless people hanging out near the apartment -- didn't really bother me, but I could see it being off putting to some people. That said, it's pretty common in Central Square. The apartment has a small gym. It's nothing special, but it will get the job done in the winter when its too cold to leave the apartment.

My only complaint is that the management isn't always easy to deal with. For example, I was a day late with rent once because I was traveling and we received an "eviction notice." It was fairly easy to smooth over, but it's certainly didn't make me feel great about management. Overall, it's a pretty nice and affordable (by Boston standards) apartment in Central Square.
