Good for price

For the price the apartment is fantastic, it is super close to the law school (a short 25 min walk or a 10 min bus ride).

It's fine, not the nicest place ever but in walking distance from the law school and cheaper than similar apartments I looked at in the area. Main problem is no central AC, but there's a window unit and the apartment is small enough that the window unit is good enough unless it gets above 100 degrees.
