Great management, amenities, and location

Apartment is excellent and amenities are great - always clean, almost always empty (gym, pool, etc.); a little higher priced but the conveniences make it feel fair.

Some of the best perks are: Lafayette bus station right next door with frequent buses to Boulder (two lines go directly to the law school) and Denver; walkable to downtown Lafayette; and right next to an entrance onto Coal Creek trail!
