Very convenient, area is not great though

Super easy to wake up, ride my bicycle to class 15 mins before it starts. But 27th Street has numerous unhoused people living in their vehicles. Currently, there is an RV in front of the building. Other than that, the free utilities + internet + cable is quite nice. Great apartment for graduate students who don't spend much time in the actual apartment.
