AVOID
No manager, no trash pick up, no heat, no maintenance, no security. RAT & COCKROACH everywhere. Broke front door. Asbestos & dust EVERYWHERE. Laundry room only has 2 working dryers. "Fitness" center has broken / dusty equipment & swarms with flies. Ghost town building is 1/2 empty.

Old Apartment with Relative Charm
My experience at my apartment has been fine. I sublease with no contract which is helpful for the flexibility I need. It is quiet and a big enough studio. I have seen one cockroach which I hate, but aside from that have had few complaints. It stays cool with my air conditioning unit.
