Great location, fantastic management

If you're looking for somewhere almost exactly between Denver and Boulder, this is a great location. It's two minutes from a shopping plaza, and there's easy access to 36. The management staff is phenomenal and responsive, and maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Parking is included and pets are welcome, it's very close to lots of walking/biking trails. It is off a main road, so there is sometimes traffic noises. It's a garden complex, so there are some thin walls and temperature regulation problems, but nothing too serious. I signed two lease terms here.
