The units are in good condition. The management is responsive most of the time and will replace things if needed. It is a safe building with intercom for allowing guests in. The apartment is very close to Kenmore station. There is a good amount of sunlight. There were issues with the cooling and heating at times, but maintenance was able to fix it each time. There are no amenities such as a gym, pool, etc. Laundry machines are on the bottom floor, just 3 washers and 3 dryers unfortunately.
