Review of The Belvoir
The building is right next to Kenmore station (green line) and multiple bus lines, including one that takes you right to CTC. It's also very close to the Beacon St campus (8-12 min walk depending on traffic lights), and various restaurants/fast food and grocery stores within walking distance. To enter the building, you need to enter pin code, which makes it relatively safe. However, there have been reports of stolen packages lately, but not super often. Management sends frequent emails about the rules and regulations of the building, and ensuring that we don't allow strangers to follow us into the building. As for the apartment itself, everything is functional
