MANAGER
I would strongly caution anyone considering working with or leasing from this property due to serious concerns about the current manager’s conduct and the condition of the building.
The manager appears to be mismanaging property funds. Rather than hiring licensed professionals for maintenance, she consistently brings in unqualified day laborers for repairs — many of which are quick fixes rather than long-term solutions. Cleaning is also handled unprofessionally; instead of using a legitimate cleaning service, she relies on herself and her teenage daughter to maintain common areas.
The rooftop is a particular example of neglect — it is extremely filthy and has not been cleaned once since I’ve lived here. This not only reflects poor property management but also shows a lack of basic upkeep and pride in the building’s condition.
There are also serious concerns that money meant for the upkeep of the property may be getting used inappropriately. These issues should not be ignored.
If you are a tenant, potential renter, or the property owner, I highly recommend taking a closer look at how this building is being managed — both financially and physically. A property in good standing should have licensed contractors, professional cleaning, and transparency in management.

Great views and Quiet!
Great quiet apartment. Not much nearby but close to school. Great views of downtown, mountains, and Hollywood sign/observatory!
