Best Rooftop, Good Coworking Spaces

It’s a great building. There’s ample parking, the rooftop pool and lounge is nice, and the cowering spaces are good for getting work done. Things to improve: the key fob system is restrictive/overcautious, and there should not be a fee to have more than a handful of guests on the roof.

Great experience!

I have loved my time at Venable, especially living alone in a new city. It is super secure, so I do believe I am getting my moneys worth. While they’re are cheaper options, if this is within your budget it is worth it. Only thing to note is some units do face the train tracks and it is rather loud. If you are in the other sides that don’t face the tracks, then it’s not noticeable at all.

I love Venable! The amenities are nice, and it's right downtown so you are close to plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, bars, etc. There's an amazing rooftop pool that overlooks downtown. It's also only a 10ish minute drive to Fuqua. The only downside is the noise from the train - Venable is right near the tracks, so it can get noisy.
