semi-walkable, quiet street, nice sized apartments
My commute to UCLA is about 20 minutes. The street is pretty quiet and our apartment was newly refurbished when we moved in. There's a lot of storage within the apartment and some exterior storage above the parking spaces. Pet friendly (with no deposit) and well-maintained. Not walking distance to downtown Culver City and the cheaper grocery stores are driving distance, not walking. one parking space for one bedroom apartments, and it can be hard to find street parking. they will ticket on street sweeping days.
