2475 Corinthian Apartments Review

Overall, my wife and I like our apartment here. It is nice, spacious, and clean. The location is great. We love living near Sawtelle, and we're also close to convenient bus and metro stops.

Rent is expensive, but that's also just west LA. The walls are thin, so I can always hear our neighbors. It has not been a problem yet, though, insofar as keeping me or my wife up at night. And if you're having an issue with a neighbor in the complex, management likely will not get involved, whether your neighbor is violating management policy or not.

Overall, though, my wife and I like it here.

Review of 2475 Corinth Apartments

Overall, we love our apartment. It's spacious. It's nice.

Generally, we love the area. We're right near the restaurant scene on Sawtelle Blvd, which is convenient. We're also very close to bus stops and the LA Metro Stop Sepulveda Station . There is also a walking/bike track along the E Line, which is nice. The main downside of the area is just that it's a not really a place where you want to be outside walking at night. There are lots of homeless encampments underneath the 405 overpasses in b/w Sawtelle and Sepulveda, and it can be kind of sketchy.

We have also had noise and other issues with our neighbors, and it seemed like management never made it a priority to fix it, which was frustrating.

As for amenities, there's not much to speak of. There's no pool. No gym. There are laundry facilities on site, which is definitely better than having to go to a laundromat. There is also garage parking, which is also better than street parking.

In all though, we like living here.
