Great location in Westwood, you can take the bus but also walk to campus.

Pretty Satisifed!
Located right next door to Weyburn Terrace, this apartment was a great alternative for me to live in since I wasn't able to receive an offer this year from grad housing. I'm able to walk to Westwood, to my friends apartments in the surrounding areas, and to class as well if I want to. The management company and apartment manager are amazing. They are incredibly responsive and make sure to resolve any issues ASAP. The apartments are also full of storage space which was a huge plus for me. Even though the apartments are small (450 square ft), the bedroom is really large. The kitchen and living room are pretty small, but the bedroom and storage space makes up for it. The apartment is perfect for one (or two people if you want to share a room) but I would just say that due to the area, the rent is pretty expensive ($2,400). Overall I'm really happy with the place, it would be perfect if it was just a little bit less expensive.
