Worst management ever

Imagine waking up early for work and there’s dog poop on the floor of the building entrance, that is colab. They require you to pay a fee for them to pick up trash when the trash chute is in front of your apartment, then charge you extra when they don’t pick up your trash. They do not recycle or compost and require tenants to put recycling materials (big carton boxes) in plastic bags so they can collect them because they do not collect anything not in a bag. Parking is difficult. Roommates are mostly college students so they’re not the tidiest. Management are just unkind. Highly do not recommend
